This weekend Mario and I took a quick road trip to Carmel, CA to take some pictures and go shopping. The weather was absolutely perfect! This was a good and bad thing considering I had packed preparing for a cold front. Since 70°F is not a cold front whatsoever, I was peeling off layers the second we walked out of the hotel. One of the stores we stopped at was Coach. I'm pretty sure I'd never even been in a Coach store so I wasn't expecting to walk out with anything. But then I saw this really pretty bag that was on sale for 40% off of it's original price. It'd be $179. But then we also had a 30% off coupon on top of that. So after tax we got my very first Coach bag for $140! It's a medium brown suede that has gold shimmer/flecks all over it. There are 3 straps on it; 2 regular arm straps and a medium length cloth strap. And the inside is a beautiful purple silk. I can't wait to feature this in my next outfits!
PS: Be expecting some pictures from our little trip soon!

Cozy Stripes
Dress & Sweater: Forever 21, Boots: Target, Scarf: knitted by my mom
Lately it's been absolutely freezing in the morning (about 36°f) and then pretty warm by 1:00 (about 75°f). This has been slightly annoying because I have to dress like an eskimo in the morning and then peel off all the layers halfway through the day. Also here's another picture of my Mario :)

A Frenchie and an Enzo
Today Mario took my pictures and he did a little bit better. Eventually we'll all get more comfortable with the camera so that the pictures won't be as awkward. But until then enjoy these awkward pictures! Today I wanted to go for a more crisp look. So I immediately thought of my white jeans. White=Crisp and Clean. Therefore White=One of my favorite colors. But since white can be a little bit boring I decided to add some pops of color. Bring on the turquoise and fuschia! Since the outfit was getting a little too color ambitious the shoes had to be a little less flashy. I opted for my sparkly TOMS. These were originally white, but after a rainy day their color got a little distorted. That's when my glitter and fabric glue came in. So I basically got a new pair of shoes!

Practice
Since it's getting darker earlier this might not be the best time of the year to start a blog. But I'm determined! As soon as my dad got home I put the camera in his Peruvian hands and told him to please hurry and take pictures of me. So voila! He definitely needs some practice, but that's all right because we probably both do. Here we go for my very first blog post... (bare with me, I promise they'll get better)
