How To: Make Cheap Eyeliner Look High Quality

            Buying high end makeup is become more and more unnecessary because drugstore brands are stepping up their game every season.  With this trick, you can even get by with using the cheapest quality of eyeliners and still make your eye-look look perfect.  This NYC double ended eyeliner was about $1, so basically 50 cents for each color. 
         

             What you'll need is a cheap eyeliner and a lighter.  With the lighter flicked on, sweep the tip of the pencil through the flame.  This will make it softer, creamier, and more opaque.

How To: Make High Waisted Cut-off Shorts

                                       Start with a pair of high waisted jeans.

With some sort of writing utensil, draw a line of where you would like to cut.  I used a white eyeliner pencil.

Drawing a full line will ensure that you will get the straightest cut as possible.  I suggest making a lower line/cut on the back of the jeans so that your butt won't be hanging out of them.
